Abstract

Pentingnya deteksi dini dan pemantauan Preeklampsia secara terus menerus. Hipertensi yang tidak terdiagnosis atau tidak ditangani secara memadai serta komplikasi terkait secara signifikan meningkatkan risiko kematian ibu. Perawatan prenatal komprehensif yang mencakup skrining rutin untuk hipertensi dan Preeklampsia sangat penting untuk mengidentifikasi dan menangani kehamilan berisiko tinggi secara efektif. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa konsumsi bijian-bijian dan kacang-kacangan mampu menurunkan kejadian merugikan dalam kehamilan dan persalinan seperti hipertensi, diabetes mellitus gestasional, kelahiran prematur dan BBLR. Asupan sayuran, buah-buahan dan kacang-kacangan meningkatkan asupan mikronutrien dan antioksidan, yang dapat meningkatkan perkembangan hasil konsepsi dan kelahiran, terutama pada trimester kedua karena puncak stres oksidatif terjadi pada pertengahan kehamilan. Beberapa sumber nutrisi yang dapat digunakan sebagai terapi anti preeklampsia yaitu ikan gabus, ikan salmon, pisang kepok, kelapa kopyor dan beras hitam.
